1. Preorder Cancellation

• You may cancel your preorder for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

• Please email us at Poonam@kozywheels.com with your order number to initiate cancellation.

2. After 7 Days

• All preorder sales are final after the 7-day window.

• If we cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen delays or issues, we will offer a full refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at Poonam@kozywheels.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
