Thank you for supporting Kozy Wheel and being part of our mission to bring warmth and dignity to adaptive fashion.

Please note that the product you are purchasing is currently in preorder stage. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following terms:

1. Preorder Status

This item is not yet in stock and is being offered for advance purchase. By preordering, you are reserving your item before it becomes available.

1. Payment

All preorder purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout. This secures your place in line for when the product is officially released and ready to ship.

1. Estimated Delivery

Estimated shipping dates are September 15, 2025 but they may be subject to change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Preorders can be canceled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After that period, all preorder sales are final. If at any point we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be offered a full refund.

1. Shipping

Once the product is in stock, we will ship in the order preorders were received.

1. Communication

You will receive email updates on production and shipping status. Make sure your contact information is correct at checkout so we can keep you informed.
